Modern and Minimalist-Luxury Beachfront Villa located in the most amazing beach of the Riviera Maya. The Villa has a private beach with a private pool. The Villa style was designed by Rodrigo Quijao famous arquitect with amazing views to the Caribbean sea and the Punta Sur Caleta, that allows you to have a unique experience!
Fully furnished beachfront Villa with an amazing view to the Caribbean sea, with all the sea around and also jungle view that gives you a sense of peace and full of energy. The Villa has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, with double door fridge, microwave, conventional oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and cookware. Dinning room for 14 persons, sitting room, a large terrace for breakfast with beautiful beach and pool view. WIFI with 50 megas of speed, very useful to work in any of the comfortable spaces of the Villa (Ask for more speed if it’s your need, because we have the option to add more speed through a bigger wifi plan). Air conditioning in 5 bedrooms and the whole villa, laundry room and garage.
Amenities: private beach and private swimming pool.
Optional: chef service.
Additionally, as we care about the protection of our planet, and as part of our concern regarding the climate change, we ask you to help us while you are staying at our Villa to turn off all the AC, lights and electric devices during the day and when you are out of the Villa enjoying our amazing beaches and attractions. We include a daily energy amount that covers a reasonable use of the electric devices of the house but if you waste excessive energy, will be an additional charge during your staying.

Amazing private homr

Our family with teens, two married and two grandkids had an absolutely incredible. The house was perfect! Big enough to accomodate all of us well. Grandkids could go to bed in their wing with their parents and we could be up and loud downstairs. Lots of outside decks and areas. We had family meals nightly on the gig wood table. A few of us could cook and be in the kitchen at the same time. Our master bedroom was incredible! Windows completely surrounding a 180 degree view of the ocean. It is very private. No one could see any of us at the pool. The house sits on a very cool rock point. You can easily go to the beach next door and walk for miles. We loved it!

We were robbed

First, our original house was canceled a few days before we arrived and go no support from VRBO. I called every day looking to get an answer and by the time they got me a resolution (less than 24 hours before we arrived) i had already had to book another house. The second house was then broken into and robbed on night two due to a faulty lock in the master bedroom. I have called multiple times to VRBO asking or compensation, the home owner has denied a refund saying VRBO should have insurance and i have not had to open three separate cases with VRBO. So far, to date, VRBO has told me my case has been "escalated" but they have not timeframe for a return call or resolution. Today marks two weeks since the first case was opened and since we were robbed and still no resolution or even contact from VRBO to help resolve the issue.
