I had a great stay at this hotel during my visit to Al Khobar. The location is perfect, close to all major attractions. The room cleanliness was exceptional, and I truly recommend this place. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Al Khobar.

Ruined Family trip due to the manager

The manager needs some training in hospitality and honesty. Booked a higher category Room but was given a lower category. When I complained the hotel staff accepted the mistake and were ready to change the room after confirming with the manager. To our surprise the manger refused . Ruined the family trip
