The house was very nice and is in a quiet neighborhood. The beds, chairs and sofas were very comfortable, and the entire house was very clean. It happily accomodated 5 adults. It is in a great location (close to grocery stores, a few restaurants/pizzerias, Space Hall of Fame, etc.). It had 3 bedrooms and is advertised as 2 queen and 1 king, but one room had a standard or full rather than a queen size bed. We used the full bed only 2 nights, so it wasn't a huge issue. There was an issue with the front doorknob that was immediately repaired. Also, it is advertised as all fees included. Additional service fee and cleaning fee was on our bill prior to our stay. When I asked about this, it was just reiterated that it was a cleaning fee. There is also an additional Aviator Den fee that is charged. If you plan to arrive at night, you will need a flashlight to open the lockbox.

My host was amazing. Responsive to every question I had and a few glitches were met with professionalism.and superior service. I highly recommend this home and host. I even extended my stay as the host wenr above and beyond to accomodate my needs on short notice.
