Öncellikle negatif yönlerini söyleyeceğim. Balayı çiftlerine şarap gönderileceği yazılmıştı. Gönderilmedi. Otelde fiyatlar inanilmaz derecede pahalı. Einfach ein tolles Hotel

Wo ich die Bilder gesehen habe vom Hotel bevor ich gebucht habe dachte ich mir nur wow sie schön. Dann bei der Ankunft war ich umso mehr begeistert. Die Aussicht , Zimmerkomfort , Sauberkeit , Essen , der Pool. Dann hattest du noch vom Zimmer direkten Blick auf das Meer. Es war einfach traumhaft und würde immer wieder gerne dahin. Danke für alles macht weiter so !

Very disappointing

The staff barely speaks English (on their website mentions that they do) so almost 0 explanations during check in process and making very hard to order in the restaurant with a few misunderstandings. The room was dirty, with an unclean toilet with hair on it, streaked mirrors, grimy windows, dusty tables and lamps, and a floor that was not properly clean for a while. Housekeeping was really disappointing. Even during turndown service, they merely made the bed and neglected other basic cleaning tasks. There was no "don't disturb "sign available for the door, leading to housekeeping incessantly knocking at inconvenient times. In terms of room quality, cracks and humidity in the ceiling, along with peeling paint on the door and broken tiles gave us the impression of a neglected property. This hotel is relatively new, so it's alarming the need for maintenance. A pity because the place has a huge potential with the design and the beautiful landscape. The pool needs urgent proper cleaning There was not soundproofing in the rooms so you can hear everything from the other rooms (in our case we were between two families with young kids) The restaurant was also quite dirty with stained table cloths and dirty cutlery, poor service and poor food quality overall. Clearly not at a 4 star hotel level with a clear lack of managment The highlight was Hamza, who was very helpful and with a great sense of hospitality. There are much better options in area at that price.

Ich würde sogar mehr Punkte geben wenn es möglich wäre. Zur Ankunft: Wir hatten verspätung von 3 Stunden, jeder hatte Hunger und war Müde. Rezeption hat uns mit einer Rose empfangen und haben uns sofort unser Gepäck abgenommen, wir wurden danach sofort gefragt ob wir Hunger hätten, JA hatten wir. Erstes Abendessen: Jeder Kellner sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hamza&Harun muss ich nochmal extra Loben! Zum Hotel: Es ist gerade einiges noch nicht fertig zb. Fitnessstudio & der Steg am Meer trotzdem sehr schön! Zu den Zimmern: Wir hatten die Zimmernummer 306. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig aber sonst auch wirklich schön, wir hatten direkten Poolzugang (echt zum empfehlen) Fazit: Wir kommen wieder :)
