Great place to stay in Alanya

The Hotel offered great food, entertainment, and comfy rooms. There was a vast diversity of people to meet and talk with. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful.

Jag hade förvÀntat mig en mycket renare rum samt sÄ var det gott mat men för för mÄnga gÀster att det rÀckte inte. Om man vill ha det bÀttre maten sÄ mÄste man vara först annars fÄr man det som andra inte ville ta. Rummet var stor och fin men stÀdningen var dÄligt att Àven sopor i toaletten tömdes inte. Jag hade förvÀntat mig mycket mer Àn det som verkligen fans.

Hotellin sijainti hyvÀ,siistit ja toimivat huoneet

Oltiin hotellin sivurakennuksessa Annex, oli siisti ja moderni. NÀkymÀ parvekkeelta ei ihan mieluisa, kameli ja bussi parkki aivqan parvekkeen alla. Ruoka aivan mahtava hotellissa. Hamam ei niin hyvÀ kuin aiemmissa paikoissa.

Ett hotell med fördelar och nackdelar: Fördelar: - NĂ€ra till stan och strand - gratis turkish hammam och sauna. Nackdelar: - kunden har inte alltid rĂ€tt, man fĂ„ acceptera att det blir fel vilket som Ă€r mer sannolikt att det hĂ€nder. mĂ„nga andra gĂ€ster som var samtidigt som oss pĂ„ hotellet hade klagomĂ„l Speciellt att man inte fĂ„r de rummen man har bokat. Hotellet har en extra byggnad bredvid som anvĂ€nds nĂ€r det Ă€r fullt bokat, man blir bara överaskad och man slösar bort tid pĂ„ att byta rum. - extra kostnader som inte förvĂ€ntas sĂ„som vĂ€rdeskĂ„p, strandhanddukar, strandbaren. - Icke daglig byte av handdukar. - Hög buller pĂ„ nĂ€tterna, mĂ„ste stĂ€nga balkongdörren för att AC ska funka men AC:en gĂ„r ej att justera till den nivĂ„n man önskar.. det blir för kallt i rummet och för AC:en lĂ„ter jĂ€tte mycket - TvĂ„ smĂ„ poolar. Hotellet egentligen ska ha 3 stjĂ€rnor, 4 Ă€r för mycket. Det som var inte som förvĂ€ntat: - ej bekvĂ€ma sĂ€ngar - Mindre ok kvalitĂ© pĂ„ mat, i smak och variation. Även frukt smakar inte som det bör göra i ett land som turkiet. Verkar som att de köper allt som Ă€r billigt till hotellet. - Ej prof. personal. - SmĂ„ poolar. - Mindre ok kvalitĂ© pĂ„ mat, dricka och snacks. Turkish snacks som erbjuder mat vid sidan av resturangen Ă€r vĂ€ldigr dĂ„ligt. Hamburgare, smĂ„ pizzor och lahmajun. Problemet Ă€r att det smakar inte gott och allt erbjuds inte frĂ„n början. -Inga aktiviteter Ă€ven vid stranden.

Grand Zaman Garden was closed, when we arrived there 15.4. They put us to Grand Zaman Beach. When we made a reservation we did not get any information in advance about that it's not open yet. But the beach hotel was OK too, so we didn't mind. They opened the Garden Hotel during our holiday, and we were allowed to use that side too (pool, bar). It was nice Hotel too.

Hotellin sijainti hyvÀ, muutoin ???

Hotelli oli osittain jo suljettu palveluilta vaikka All Include. ElikkÀ kaikki ruokailut olivat vilkasliikenteisen tien toisella puolella. Kaikki tarjoilu mitÀ hotellilla oli saatavilla kuten kahvi ja juomiset oli vaan klo 17 saatavilla sen jÀlkeen ei yhtÀÀn mitÀÀn. Tilanne kuitenkin ettÀ miellÀ lastenvaunut missÀ 4 kk vauva ja 4 v poika ja sitten minÀ liikuntarajoitteisna (kyynÀrsauvat) ja sitten kaksi aikuista. Ei oikein ollut mahdollista lÀhteÀ juomisten tai jonkun pikkupurtavan takia tien toiselle puolelle syömÀÀn tai juomaan esim kahvia tai jos olisi halunnut vaikka drinkin tai muuta juomista.. eli meidÀn kohdalla piti sitten itse ostaa juomisiÀ ja syömisiÀ huoneeseen kun rantahotellin puolelta ei saanut kuskata ruokia ja juomia omaan hotelliin. Emme tienneet tÀstÀ asiasta varauksen yhteydessÀ vaan katsoimme sivuilta ettÀ hotellissa on ruoka ja kaikki tarjottava. Eli paljon jÀi kÀyttÀmÀttÀ All Includeen kuuluvaa etua. Hotelli oli aika hiljainen ja osittain jo muutenkin suljettu. Palvelu todella huonoa ei saatu lastensÀnkyÀ vaikka asiakkaita tosi vÀhÀn eli ei nÀhty yhtÀÀn vauvaan koko viikkoon jne. Kysyttiin 3-4 kertaa jonka jÀlkeen luovutettiin. Hotellilla ei vaihdettu lakanoita koko viikkoon eikÀ pyyhitty kostealla lattiaa joten lattiakin oli aika kurjan nÀköinen loppulomasta kun 4 v siinÀ sÀhlÀsi viikon vilkkaasti. Rantahotellissa henkilökunta palvelualtista jne. Hotellissamme ei ollut edes kassaa enÀÀ eli henkilökunta joutui kÀymÀÀn hakemassa rahaa muulata jne
