Wonderful stay on the backwaters

Loved my stay on Marvel. Did two nights and enjoyed every minute. The staff was wonderful, professional and kind. Food was amazing, especially the celebratory lunch that was served on my second day. Absolutely beautiful cruise - highly recommend this experience.

A Unique experience in the indian waters

A descent stay of 24 hours with cordial crew members and the local delicacies made our day in marvel cruise. There are lot of local boats to catch up but Mravel cruise stands apart in the claealiness and service.

payment confusion, poor boarding area.

in general lot of confusion between that property owner and Hotels.com. lot of delay / confusion during check in, in result we lost many hours in clarifying this matters. Its never been with hotels.com, always it will be crystal clear with hotels.com, but this time very bad experience... hotel guy don't have a proper parking, or even a desk at boarding point for boat house, no credit card swiping machine, no ATM near by, by insist cash payment without prior info.

Paradise trip into kerala culture

Our stay on marvel cruise was fantastic from start to finish. Very professional crew . Location is a little difficult to find but once there the trip is great. I would recommend this houseboat over and above others that we have been on.

very different from the hotel discription

there were three crews but the service was really limited. They even didn't swipe the table. There was no hot water in the shower, it was rainy cold day. AC was not controlable, only on or off. I think the staff didn't check properly what is missing and should be prepared before departure. We bought some tiger prawns to cook on the boat, we asked to cook non spicy so that our small kids can eat, but it was very spicy.hotel discription says there is free wifi, but when I asked for it, the staff said no. Only the scenary of Kerala was great on that boat. Really dissapointed.
