Sa Sort de Can Moix: private swimming pool, tranquility, terraces, internet

Idyllic dream location: This 165 square meter house is only around 2 kilometers from the center of Alaró, on a 17,000 square meter plot. It offers space for up to six guests on two floors.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom, the living-dining area and the separate kitchen, which is fully equipped with all common appliances, including a dishwasher, from the large, bright staircase.
The spacious living area-dining area is very comfortably furnished with two sofas, a dining table and a fireplace and German satellite TV and free internet are available.
Via the staircase you can reach the three bedrooms and another bathroom on the upper floor, this one with a bathtub and bidet. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with fitted wardrobes and one double bed each, the third bedroom with a single bed, which has an additional sleeping space with a fitted pull-out bed and is ideal for children and teenagers.
The house is very well insulated and easy to temper. Fans are available in summer.
From the covered terrace on the garden side of the house you can enjoy the tranquility and idyllic location, the view of the 8 x 4 meter pool and the largely natural garden, as well as an overwhelming view of the beautiful valley at Alaró. Thanks to its ideal south-east orientation, the sun will delight you from morning to late afternoon. A cozy outdoor seating area is in the shade of a large tree right next to the refreshing water in the pool. An ideal place to relax and feel good. Alaró can be reached in a few minutes and even on foot, and hiking or cycling tours at the foot of the Tramuntana and towards the Orient are recommended. The connection to the motorway, via which you can easily reach Palma and the rest of the island with its numerous beautiful beaches, is only 7 km away.
In the transition months, the electric central heating can be booked optionally, there are separate costs. A cash cation of € 300 will be charged on arrival and will be refunded accordingly on departure.

Marvellous Mallorca!

This property was amazing. The grounds were spectacular. The house was just beautiful and so well equipped. We could not have asked for more. Pedro was a wonderful host, so welcoming and helpful. We would love to come back. The location was perfect and drove in all directions to all parts of this beautiful island.

Fabulous rural location

The property is amazing, has everything you could ever want for. Very rural, quiet and peaceful. Central location to explore the island. Quite easy to find if you use the directions supplied. If I had to find a fault it would be that you could need more towels for using the swimming pool. Would highly recommend and will return in the future

Fabulous!

Spacious, clean and very well equipped villa in a lovely spot. Peaceful yet 2k from Alarò - a lovely town with bars, restaurants and a small supermarket. All you could need! We were cycling all week and it is also perfectly situated for that too - turn left and you are in challenging hill country, turn right for miles and miles of flat! Would highly recommend this place and we are hoping to come back.

Oasis in the country

This property was picturesque and quiet. The backdrop with the mountains and the sunrises from the front terrace are amazing. We had such a good time and the location is close enough to Palma and Port de Alcudia that we had no troubles getting to the beaches while being away from the crowds. We will definitely be back.

Peaceful getaway

This villa is definitely the perfect location if you love peace and quiet with beautiful views. The villa and pool were both Perfect for our young family. The villa was well equipped and comfortable, and in a perfect location on the island to travel to all ends. The pool was the perfect size and with a generous shallow end so the kids could swim freely without help. I Would definitely recommend. The owner was lovely and friendly and took care of all our needs. Thank you very much and we look forward to our next visit to Palma.

A Little Gem in a Beautiful Setting

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Villa. Pedro, the owner of the property was very welcoming and took a lot of care to ensure everything was perfect, visiting regularly to check the water supply, cleaning the pool and maintaining the garden. The property was well furnished with comfortable beds, plenty of fresh linen and towels. The location is stunning and I expect would be very peaceful although it was unfortunate that our visit coincided with the neighbours building a new tennis court and driveway so we had heavy machinery working throughout the week. Would thoroughly recommend this villa and the beautiful island of Mallorca.

Beautiful House in a beautiful setting.

The house is very beautiful and the owner, very kind. Alaro was the perfect location to explore Mallorca, close to main highways and a nice town center with a Saturday market and several restaurants. The beds were wonderful and we slept very well. It was nice and quiet and we loved waking to the fabulous mountain views. The kitchen is very well appointed and has everything one might need. My only reasons for the 4 star rather than 5 star rating is that there is an overpowering smell of mothballs eminating from a wooden chest in the large foyer so the fumes rise to the upstairs. We did not use the living room or dining room for this reason. Luckily, once the bedroom doors were closed and the windows open, it could not be smelled in them. There was also a door on the kitchen so we could close that off as well. The house could also benefit from a few carefully placed rugs as the tiles made it a bit cold and hard. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.

A lovely villa in an idylic area.

Myself, my husband and my 4 older children had a lovely stay in this villa. The villa itself was clean and spacious, and the pool was fantastic. It is set in a rural location a few kilometres away from Alaro town, so a car would definitely be advisable.

Friendly owner and lovely villa for a relaxing holiday

The villa is only a short drive 20/30 mins traffic dependent from Palma airport which is ideal for us as travelling with young children. When we arrived Pedro was there to meet us and gave us a quick tour etc. He was very friendly, he came to check on the pool water mid week to ensure all was ok and then also met us again the night before our departure to return our deposit as we had an early flight. I can’t recommend the villa enough for people with young children. They had a few essential items like high chair and foot stool, night light, games etc but as Pedro knew we had young children he went out and bought arm bands to ensure they were safe in the pool which was a lovely gesture. He also provided a little welcome pack of bread, ham, drinks etc so when we got there we could have lunch rather than have to rush off and find something. Overall it is a lovely villa and the location was perfect with everything accessible within 20/30 minutes drive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Vikki from a bournemouth

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der tollen Finca von Piedro. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, die Küche ist sehr Groß und mit allem ausgestattet . Es war alles super sauber, die Handtücher und Bettwäschen rochen sogar gut nach frisch gewaschener Wäsche. Der Pool ist sehr groß und man findet auch im Schatten einen Platz zum liegen. Piedro ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und bei der Ankunft waren sogar einige Leckereien in der Küche. Obst, Oliven, Chips, Gewürze und Öle, alles da. Uns hat es in der Woche an nichts gefehlt, evtl. müsste für die Zukunft und bei immer wärmeren Temperaturen mal über eine Klimananlage in den Schlafräumen nachgedacht werden…Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder, in diese einzigartige und ruhige Finca.

Schöne Finca

Die Finca ist sehr schön gelegen. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit einem Pool wie auf den inserierten Bildern angezeigt. Das WLAN ist etwas langsam, aber da wir alle genügend Datenvolumen hatten, hat uns das nicht gestört, da dass mobile Netz gut war. Mann muss es mögen zusammen unter einer großen Decke zu liegen, aber vielleicht kann man das vorher abklären und um 2 kleinere Decken bitten? Die Kontaktaufnahme vor und während des Aufenthaltes war einfach, zuverlässig und schnell. Alaró ist eine schöne kleine authentische Stadt in der man sehr schön essen kann. Parkplätze sind etwas rar. Ein kleines Manko war, dass man den Müll selber zum Wertstoffhof bringen musste. Wir würden die Finca auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.

Hervorragende Unterkunft

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Finca war einfach nur traumhaft. In ruhiger Lage gelegen und doch sehr zentral. Nach Alaró (2km) nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. In Alaró sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr gute Restaurants. Das Haus war bestens ausgestattet. Der Empfang mit Pedro war sehr angenehm und freundlich.Er hatte auch nützliche Tips für uns.Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne Finca in der Nähe von Alaro

Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub in der Finca von Pedro verbracht, der sich als perfekter Gastgeber präsentiert hat. Seine Finca war in einem makellosen Zustand und wir haben eine sehr, sehr schöne Woche Ende Oktober dort verbracht. Alles war sauber und in guten Zustand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekte Lage und wunderschönes Haus

Der Aufenthalt war ein Traum. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön, ruhig gelegen, der Pool ist perfekt. Die Lage des Hauses ist sogar noch besser, man kommt in kurzer Zeit in jedes Eck der Insel.

Perfekter Urlaub mit Freunden bei einem tollen Gastgeber

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Der Gastgeber ist unglaublich herzlich und versorgt einen mit guten Tipps. Ende Mai/Anfang Juni konnte der Pool gut genutzt werden und wir haben jeden Morgen herrlich auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt. Ein Mietwagen ist erforderlich aber die Lage des Hauses ist super und alle notwendigen Einkäufe sind innerhalb 15min zu erreichen. Alaro ist in 5 min erreicht und dort haben wir ganz wunderbar auf dem Marktplatz gegessen. Absolute Empfehlung, ganz toller Gastgeber, sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Finca, umgeben von Lavendel und Bäumen und mit Blick aufs Gebirge, waren unübertroffen. Den Sonnenaufgang und den Sternenhimmel von hier zu beobachten: ein Traum. Küche, Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer, Wohn/ Essbereich sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wunderbarer Outdoorbereich. Wir haben die Ruhe und das tägliche Schwimmen im schönen Pool sehr genossen. Alaro selbst ist ein gemütliches kleines Dorf mit diversen Cafes, Bars und Restaurants. Nach Palma kann man vom Nachbarort sogar mit der Bahn fahren. Nichtsdestotrotz ist ein Auto gerade mit Kindern sinnvoll, da die Finca etwas außerhalb des Dorfs liegt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Pedro für seine Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit und an Frau Voss für die gute Kommunikation!

Tolle Finca - entspannter Urlaub

Die Finca ist sehr hübsch und sehr gut eingerichtet. Wir waren 2 Pärchen. Es hätten auch noch 1 - 2 Kinder mitkommen können. Der dazugehörige Pool ist luxuriös. Wir haben fast täglich gegrillt und auf der wunderschönen Terrasse gegessen. Das Anwesen liegt etwas abseits. Nach Alaro fährt man ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Dort sind die am nächsten gelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein paar Geschäfte und Restaurants. Es gibt einen großen Supermarkt in der Nähe von Inca. Dort bekommt man alles für den alltäglichen Bedarf. In der Nähe befinden sich Wandermöglichkeiten. Wir haben sie leider nicht genutzt, da das Wetter ungewöhnlich unbeständig war für Ende Mai/Anfang Juni. Wir können die Finca für einen ruhigen entspannten Urlaub empfehlen.

Skønt hus i private omgivelser

Fantastisk hus med skøn terrasse, pool og plads til 5-6 personer. Der var masser plads og god atmosfære, både inde og ude , og køkkenet var meget veludstyret og både køleskab og fryser havde rigeligt med kapacitet. Poolen var for kold sidst i maj, een så meget fristende ud. Beliggenheden lidt op af bjergryggen betyder at det er ilidt køligere end i Palma - herligt i sommerperioden, og placeringen er optimal for ture til Palma, Alcudia og til Port de Soller. Vi kommer gerne igen, og tak til Pedro for en god modtagelse:-)
