Villa Mari is the ideal house for people who want to truly enjoy their little vacation kingdom. Its exterior offers so many corners and terraces, that you can choose a different one for each part of the day. Next to the pool sunbathing, higher up on the terrace enjoying the abundant vegetation that surrounds the house, or the other covered terrace, next to the barbecue? Each member of the family will have their favorite, everything is lovingly cared for and well thought out.

Inside the house you will find a spacious living/dining room with air conditioning, a very well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and the bathroom.

The bedrooms receive freshness from the air conditioning in the living room and are also equipped with fans to ensure coolness at night.

The house surprises with details and equipment that one does not expect. For example, it has a washing machine and dryer, two barbecues, one portable and one built-in, and it has a parking space for one car on the same property. The kitchen is newly renovated.

Cala'n Porter is a lively urbanization, with numerous restaurants and bars, many with spectacular views over the beautiful cove and beach, and a varied tourist offer for all tastes. It is also home to the famous “Cova den Xoroi” with its spectacular sunset.

For the more active, in the Calan Porter area you can rent Kayaks or take the Camí de Cavalls route.

We had a lovely stay in Villa Mari. Villa was equipped with everything needed for a week's stay. Pool was lovely with loungers and a large parasol for shade. One small improvement would be to upgrade the air con unit, as it was struggling to keep the villa cool, especially during the hottest part of the day. (Only one ac unit in the whole villa - fans were in the bedrooms). We did contact Habitat Minorca via email and they contacted the owners to come and look, which they did but they said the unit was fine. We had to hire an ac unit from a company we found online which was a godsend as we really felt the unit wasn't working well.We've stayed in the area before and it has everything you need with supermarkets, restaurants and gift shops and the beautiful beach nearby.Thank you for having us. Habitat Minorca were great to deal with.

Villa Mari

Quiet island, villa was close to restaurants. Beach ect. Although remained quiet for noise. All equipment needed in place, pool, wifi etc. Tv available with Internet, games in cupboard if you got bored.
