Clean, quiet and very reasonably priced. The only concern is that the beds are on unsecured wheels. I am short, so I had difficulty sitting on the edge of the bed because it rolled away from me. Everything else about my stay was excellent.

The halls and room had a strange odor and seemed very run down. The toilet seat was loose. The door lock had to be pushed hards in order for it to lock. The property was run down with lots of trash behind the building.

Decent place to lay your head for a night if you’re looking for no nonsense, no frills, affordable lodging. It iwas clean, quiet (even considering it’s near a university), and no complaints about service. I’d stay here again for what I needed to do which was a quick overnight to do local meeting then head back home in the morning.

Yes and no

Every thing was really nice except for the noise from the room above us. Every time someone walked there was a loud banging sound like pipes hitting each other. Very disruptive. Otherwise every thing else was really nice. Comfortable bed. Nice space.
