Pool area was moldy and pool was freezing On day of checkout room service tried entering at 830am the lobby was calling at 915 to remind of check out at 11 and 1015 room service again tried entering starting u need to check out I said not now come back at 11 they were just rude

Spend a bit more for a nicer stay.

We got in, and our room was filled with a cloud and haze from weed. While not their fault, the had to way to air out the room without just leaving the door open. They came in with some spray. But, then the room smelled terrible of pee. The shower was handicap friendly, but the shower curtain was well outside of it, and water was all over the floor in the bathroom after the four of us showered. There's no insulation between floors/rooms and you can hear everything.

My husband and I took out our kids for their spring break...the reason why we stayed at the hotel was the pool, unfortunately when I called in to make my reservation it was open but when we got there they said the pool is closed which made me disappointed, for the last 4 days we were there the pool was closed😔 everything was fine but the pool
