3 nuits fin mai , il y a encore bcp de finitions à faire dans cet appartement. De plus, pas de rideaux, nous sommes au RDC. Les volets pour la nuit ne sont pas occultants, la literie n est pas très confortable, matelas très fin. Pour les repas, impossible de s'installer confortablement malheureusement. Nous avons jamais cuisiné , juste les petits déjeuners sur un coin de table à côté de l écran cf photo.
Ds les placards , peu d ustensile.
L eau de la douche s écoule très mal. Il y a un extérieur qui est négligé , il est agréable de voir un joli jardin et non un friche. En point positif, logement calme et bien situé. Message du propriétaire pour les modalités reçu le jour j sans soucis .
Le temps était magnifique et nous avons été en balade tous les jours . Albi est vraiment une belle ville .
Il faudrait que le chauffage soit fonctionnel, non nécessaire en été, il est posé et semble branché mais ne s'allume pas.

Propriétaire pas très arrangeant ni aimable
Pas de terrasse et jardin alors que c'est mentionné dans l'annonce (espace privé du côté de l'habitation du propriétaire ).Affichage pas très courtois au dos de la porte de l'appartement sur les serviettes longues à sécher en hiver!!!!et que ce n'est pas un hôtel (sic) pour respecter la propreté.Eau de la douche qui s'écoule mal dans le siphon:le propriétaire n'a rien fait .Pas de rideau aux fenêtres (2) donc visible en petite tenue depuis le passage du propriétaire dans sa cour pour sortir .J 'ai demandé une explication sur le fonctionnement de la plaque à induction:rien j ai dû tenter de me débrouiller pour la faire fonctionner .Bref appartement neuf en rénovation récente mais incomplet .Une machine à laver mais pas de notice ni d'étendoir à linge!!était-elle séchante ,je ne le saurais jamais .
