Ski Albiez-Montrond at 900 m (3 minutes by car from normal time). Country South hillside home. Sumptuous mountain cirque preserved at the foot of the Aiguilles D'ARVES. Residential area 1 km from the slopes. Very good comfort. Warm and cozy. Double terrace (exposed + sheltered). Nice landscaped and flowered garden. Splendid view over the massif.
