Is a modern Design House with garden and 2 pools. In a very calm place to stay. Air conditioned independent on living area and rooms. Weber Barbacue equiped. Kitchen completed equiped. 5. 1km close to the Catalan seaside town of L'Escala, Costa Brava ends "baix Empordà county". The nearest airport is Gírona which is 30km away. Very well communicated to move around our neighbors inn towns and beaches. Petrol and supermarkets on the Scale.

Das Objekt war groß genug für uns alle. Der Pool war klasse für die Kinder.Haben die Zeit genossen. Nur 10 Minuten Autofahrt bis zum Strand.

Tolles Haus, Bilder entsprechen den Fotos zu sehen, check in gut, der Vermieter hat schnell reagiert, wenn man ihn anschrieb, die Küche könnte etwas mehr an Ausstattung vertragen, für 8 Personen wird es eng, Sauberkeit super, Pool und Aussengelände sehr ansprechend. Gut, dass überall Klimaanlage im Haus ist.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem tollen Ferienhaus

Wir können dieses Haus absolut weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist einfach super. 10 Minuten Autofahrt bis zum Zentrum und Strand von L‘Escala. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Tankstellen oder Restaurants gibt es ebenfalls in nur 10 - 15 Autominuten entfernt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich um alles. Das Haus ist sauber und man hat genügend Platz. Der Privatpool hat eine gute Größe und der Gemeinschaftspool ist ebenfalls top. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und schließen nicht aus nochmal wiederzukommen.

Superbe séjour!

Maison grande et lumineuse (clim appréciée pour la nuit), extérieur agréable avec piscine privée au top (un peu fraiche parfois). Piscine communautaire souvent peu fréquentée et toute proche. Plage de L'Escala à 5 minutes. Et Javier toujours présent pour vous rendre service. Un superbe séjour!!!

Très jolie villa , bien équipée en électroménager . Il manque des parasols pour l’extérieur , quelques transats , et de la vaisselle ... nous avons acheté des tasses de déjeuner que nous avons laissées pour nos successeurs 😊 Le propriétaire est très sympa et répond rapidement à nos demandes ( fer à repasser ) La literie est très bien . C’est calme et les voisins sont agréables et discrets . La piscine est juste bien en taille , peut être un peu froide car exposée à l’ombre . La villle de L’escala est à 5 km avec des supermarchés , des restaurants à tester ( je vous conseille le KORPILOMBOLO . Bref un excellent séjour !!!!

Superbe maison. Il reste quelques détails à améliorer mais c’est vraiment du détail ( crochets pour vetements, finitions murales,...) La maison est propre. Bien située (en dehors du flux de touristes). Grande spacieuse et la clim fonctionne !!! La piscine privée est assez grande sauf si vous avez plusieurs enfants ( dans ce cas il y a La grande piscine commune aux 7 villas). Et Javier est disponible en cas de soucis. Sérieux et sympa. On a bien envie d y revenir et de recommander la maison à nos amis.
