Localização ótima, de resto…. Mobília muito desgastada, camas velhas e barulhenta (até o virar na cama fazia imenso barulho) Não nos sentimos confortáveis para cozinhar já que a garrafa de gás estava dentro da cozinha por baixo da bancada,,, no wc o esgoto da banheira era mau, a água não ia pra baixo e na sanita,, era a mesma coisa.. Valeu pela localização
