une résidence très agréable
un appartement très fonctionnel et agréable.
La personne qui vous accueille Cristina est chaleureuse professionnelle et très disponible . Elle parle parfaitement français et est à votre écoute .
Le seul bémol l'arrosage intempestif de la copropriété nous a empêché de profiter de la terrasse que ce soit en journée et en soirée . Il est donc préférable de ne pas être en rez de jardin.
La marina est à moins de 10 mn à pied et quelques commerces de proximité . Sinon de grosses enseignes comme Lidl Aldi ou Pingo doce sont à moins de 5 mn en voiture .
Le propriétaire a beaucoup de chance d avoir une personne comme Cristina qui est franchement consciencieuse et très sympatique de surccroit . Les photos sur le site sont réalistes et la copropriété est effectivement très calme (complexe très familial )
