Villa Martinica is a charming rural retreat, ideal for families seeking tranquillity, comfort and countryside views in a convenient location between Guia and Galé.



The living and dining room is bright and welcoming, creating a perfect environment for shared moments with family.



The property has a bedroom with a double bed en suite with a bathtub and two bedrooms with 2 single beds each, both en suite with a shower. There is also a guest bathroom for added convenience.



The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates directly with the terrace, ideal for preparing and enjoying meals outdoors.



On the exterior, the terrace offers a dining area with a traditional barbecue, whilst the private pool, surrounded by lawn and perfect areas for relaxation, invites you to enjoy the Algarve climate. The views over the countryside complete the scene of serenity.



Villa Martinica is located between Guia and Galé, in a quiet area, a short distance from typical restaurants, beaches and the main attractions of the region.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



There are some restrictions for group bookings.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 6.

From the 7th to the 8th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
