Villa Paraty is a modern 4-bedroom house located in Corcovada, Albufeira, near the famous Strip, filled with restaurants and bars. With a private pool and a central location, this house is ideal for relaxed holidays without the need for a car.



On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms: 2 double rooms (one en-suite) and 1 twin room, along with an additional bathroom and balconies overlooking the pool. On the ground floor, there is a twin room and another bathroom.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster. The spacious living/dining room, with large comfortable sofas, offers a view of the pool. The villa also features free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and television.



The exterior includes a deck with a private pool, perfect for sunbathing. A brick barbecue invites outdoor meals with family and friends. The well-maintained garden, with grassy areas and plants, provides a tranquil environment. The property is fully fenced, with a pedestrian gate and automatic parking entrance.

The location was fine. Property looked good on the outside, nice to have a pool. Too many things missing or broken inside, bare minimum of supplies for cleaning/basic necessities. Walk to beach was more like 20-25min.

Fantastic Villa

This is the first villa I have stayed in, usually opting for apartments or hotels. We were a family of 7 adults. The villa is beautiful and has everything you could need. The photos on the website really don't do it justice at all. Great memories!

Alles am Haus ist perfekt. Meine Familie hat es so gut gefallen und kann es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig, aber in der Nähe von Restaurants und Geschäften. Olivia war großartig darin, die Kuchen zu organisieren, die ins Haus geliefert wurden. Meine Frau liebte die Überraschung. Ich danke Ihnen sehr!

Holidays

We go on holidays to Algarve once a year. We were a family of 9 which included 4 children. The property was perfect as it was fenced with a wall around the whole house which has allowed us to be rested in relation to the children. The kids were always busy inside the pool as we booked pool heating. It was a great idea because the weather was a little chilly. We all really enjoyed this gorgeous, well situated villa. The only downside was the difficulty to get taxis for the whole group. Being with small kids was more difficult because of the number of people. Fortunately, we mention that to the local representatives during our stay and they provided their own local transfers every time we needed transportation. And their prices were not bad. We have to thank them as they always answered our calls. Thank you, Miguel. Thank you Joau. Great service.

Perfect huis voor een groep jongeren of groot gezin

Alles in het huis zag er netjes uit en de eigenaar was aardig. 5/10 minuten lopen naar de strip en 10/15 naar strand. Rustige locatie in een woonwijk. Zeker een aanrader!
