Encosta da Orada is a fantastic apartment it’s inserted in a high-quality condominium, with salt-water swimming pools with cascading waterfall, tennis court and lovely gardens.



Encosta da Orada it´s a 1 bedroom apartment, it’s fully equipped and decorated with modern and high standard furniture. The open plan living room has large windows facing the sea and garden. From the well decorated and comfortable bedroom to the modern bathroom with Jacuzzi, Encosta da Orada has everything you need for a relaxing and luxurious holiday in Albufeira.



The location couldn’t be better with all the amenities within walking distance and the beach and the Old Town only a few minutes walking. There is a variety of, water-parks and marinas/zoos for the children. Water sports on the beaches, horse-riding and the most wonderful walking country all within easy reach.

Important Note: There is no reception at this complex!



The Municipality of Albufeira charges a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night of stay, for all guests aged 13 or older, during the period from April 1st to October 31st, with a maximum of seven consecutive nights. Lovely apartment in quiet area

The unit was clean and well equipped. It allowed for parking a car. It was about 15 minutes walk to the Marina and 20 minutes to old town. Having several patio areas was very nice. The pool was quiet and clean and also very nice. Would stay again.

Out honeymoon

We decided to book a self catering holiday for our honeymoon as we enjoy eating out and trying new places and doing our own thing. We were so impressed with the property, it felt luxurious and had everything we needed. The pool areas were lovely too. The property manager was 1st class and helped us book a dolphin swim as a honeymoon treat she organised the whole thing and it went without a hitch. I would 100% book with oc villas again no questions asked.

Encosta da Orada T1 FD near Old Town

I was a little nervous about our booking because I could not find any information about OCVillas. But when we arrived the apartment was exactly as advertised, we were extremely pleased. Sonia who dealt with our booking on line was very helpful and responded to any questions I raised before we arrived. Gabrielle, who met us on arrival at the apartment was also very helpful and gave us lots of information about the area, although we had visited Albufeira Old Town before. A lady came to the apartment during the week to do a light clean and change the towels, she was lovely. Overall we had a brilliant time and would certainly return. I would thoroughly recommend OCVillas.

Beautiful apartment. We would love to stay here again, everything was just as expected and more. OC Villas staff were so helpful with any questions I had and there were a few! Spotless apartment so fresh and modern and within minutes away from everything we wanted. Thank you for a lovely weekend!
