Family holiday

This was a fabulous villa , with mature landscape garden the pool was spotless clean with plenty of outside furniture to relax and enjoy, inside was cool and relaxing, a well equipped kitchen, 3 large bedrooms with plenty of storage space 1 un-suite and and large bathroom, there is also a great bbq area beside the pool ... Fabulous sea views from the roof top terrace ... Thank you Theresa for this wonderful family experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in this area .... Excellent 👍👍👍

Peace and Quiet

The property was in a lovely peaceful area but easy to get to the beach and Albufeira and Armacao da Pera. The gardens and pool were lovvely and well maintained.

Just wonderful

My wife, teenaged daughter and I stayed at Casa Beira for 10 days. The villa is in a quiet un-built up cul-de-sac. It is clean and spacious. The pool was large and deep, the perfect antidote after a day's sightseeing in the heat. Although there is no air-conditioning, the villa stayed relatively cool during the day and there is plenty of shade outside if you wish to sit out of the sun. Teresa Gil (the villa owner) was very attentive to the couple of problems we had, sending her local representative round immediately to resolve those issues. A special thank you to Teresa Gil also for her patience and kindness in allowing us to defer our stay from last summer to this. There are two lovely beaches and several good restaurants are in walking distance. There is a nice taberna just up the road too and a Spar supermarket about a twenty minute walk away. We had a great time and would not hesitate to come back to this villa the next time we visit the Algarve.

Good experience in a great location

The house requires some maintenance. Lights were missing in the garden, which made it impossible to use at night, as well as those of the pool. The pool has good size that allows us to enjoy it, but has poor sun exposure. Nevertheless is very well located (a walking distance of quiet beaches and beautiful natural scenery), in a quiet neighborhood and overall it was a good experience!

What a location! However the property is very tired, holes in teatowels etc outside lights did not work or the pool lights, safety bars on roof terrace were loose, all in all a real shame. Did not spoil our holiday but certainly added a bit of frustration

We had an amazing time in the villa. It is very good located in a quiet area, only a few minutes from the Praia da Coelha. The most time we spent on a small terrace, because it was a pleasant weather. It was a good "base" - from where we made trips to discover Algarve. Our first stay in Portugal was beautiful. Olga V.

Outside of villa beautiful- inside is tired and needs updating

Positives - the garden and pool is beautiful. Lovely to sit by the pool in a quiet location. Beach is a 10 minute walk away and is stunning. Supermarkets nearby and a lovely tapas restaurant up the road. Negatives- owner is difficult to communicate with. This caused a great deal of frustration and worry. Inside of villa could do with updating. Showers are of poor quality with a very old boiler powering them meaning poor pressure and a lack of hot water. Oven doesn’t always light immediately so this can take a while. We stayed for 10 nights and the bed linen and towels were not changed. Towels are white so looked dirty very quickly. When asked owner we had no response so we used the local laundrette. You can’t use the same white towels for 10 days!! Would we return- undetermined

Nous avons passé une semaine très agreable dans la maison annoncée: la seule chose qui manquait, à notre arrivée, est une liste sur la table pour decrire le fonctionnement de l'endroit: comment fonctionne le chauffe eau, où mettre les poubelles, ect ... (où se trouve le magazin le plus proche). Sinon, la maison est très agreable et la piscine fantastique.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit mit unseren drei Kindern im Haus. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool wunderbar, die Lage ruhig, der Strand Praia Coelhas sehr schön und nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt, die Dachterrasse für Abendessen wundervoll.

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Gerade der Außenbereich ist wunderschön und bietet tolle Erholung. Die Einrichtung außer die Bäder ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Der Kontakt ist super nett und ein Problem mit dem Abfluss wurde noch am gleichen Tag gelöst.

Séjour de vacances en famille pendant 14 jours

Point fort du logement : Son emplacement en zone pavillonnaire très calme parfait pour la famille. Piscine et espaces verts parfaitement entretenu. Contact avec la propriétaire très agréable.En revanche, la cuisine est dans un état très dégradé (gazinière presque inutilisable, four hors d'usage, porte des placards très vétustes et déboités trace de rouille dans le frigo et micro onde, pas de machine à laver le linge), appliques murales des lumières qui tombent et tringles de rideaux tombées dans une chambre à notre retour de la plage). Heureusement la répartition a été faite très rapidement.Conclusion : La maison doit être remise en état a l' intérieur, la cuisine à refaire complètement et prévoir wifi et machine a laver le linge. C'est un minimum pour une maison d'été a louer.

Villa agréable, quelques problèmes avec les portes fenêtres et volets, ombres d'arbres sur la piscine empêchant son réchauffement, gazinière à renouveler(trop ancien et tout gaz); Vaisselle de cuisson à remplacer. WC bouchés en début de séjour. Résolu sous 2 heures, bonne réaction de Véronica.

Ein wundervoller und unvergesslicher Aufenthalt!!

Wir durften mit unseren 2 Kindern 10 Tagen in diesem süssen Haus verbringen und waren sehr glücklich mit unserer Wahl. Gerne teilen wir unsere Erfahrung mit Euch: - Das Haus war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - Nach 1 Woche haben wir frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche erhalten - Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief wunderbar - vor der Anreise sowie während unserem Aufenthalt. Wir hatten innert kurzer Zeit Feedback! - Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und grün. Es lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen am schönen Pool ein - Die Lage ist genial! Sehr viele wundervolle Strände sind in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar und auch viele weitere sehenswerte Orte sind schnell und gut erreichbar. Mietwagen ist aber auf jedenfall empfehlenswert, dann steht unvergesslichen Ferien nichts im Wege:)

ruhige Lage, 8 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand

Ein schönes Haus. Nur leider ist die Ausstattung schon abgewohnt und überholungsbedürftig. Die Außenanlage und der Pool sind super. Allerdings die Aussenmöbel sollten erneuert werden.

Tolles Haus

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) hatten einen schönen Urlaub an der Algarve. Das Haus ist toll und liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Wir haben den Pool genossen, abends auf der Dachterrasse gesessen und auf das Terrasse gefrühstückt. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und wird täglich automatisch gewässert. Man geht gut 10 min zu einer sehr schönen Bucht und etwas kürzer zu einem kleinen Supermarkt. Das Haus hat Blendläden, die man nachts auch zwingend schließen sollte. Das hatten wir einmal nicht gemacht und nachts unliebsamen Besuch bekommen. Ein schönes Haus, um auch im Herbst die Sonne Portugals zu genießen.
