Set in a pleasant complex with a pool, it offers 2 bedrooms (1 king 2 singles that can be joined), 2 bathrooms, a balcony with BBQ, and a fully equipped kitchen
Additional Rules Important Information
Security deposit: guests must leave a $100 deposit per person, paid by bank transfer or cash at check-in. It will be refunded by bank transfer within 2 weeks after check-out if there is no damage.
Check-in: from 4:00 PM Check-out: until 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and confirmed 2–3 days before arrival.
Additional guests: possible 5th guest on request, with extra bed, sheets, and towels for $150/week.
Pets: Pet Friendly with prior notice. Additional deposit $150 and possible extra cleaning fee.
