We had an amazing time staying in his apartment. The location is perfect, with easy access to several beaches, towns, supermarkets, and restaurants. It’s quiet and very relaxing, and I especially enjoyed watching the sunset over the ocean from the balcony. The apartment also has air conditioning, which was a great plus. I highly recommend this place!

Very well equipped apartment in a good location

we enjoyed a 4 week stay in January/February. Nice accomodation, well equipped, very good heating for this winter stay. We missed any sun on the balcony, due to the season. Only 7 min. footwalk to the beautiful beach.

Fantastic property

We stayed in Raf's apartment for 15 days over Xmas & the New Year and were very comfortable there. The kitchen is fully equipped, the shower great and slept like babies in the bed. The position is perfect, we have stayed in the village many times and the view from the apartment was one of the best we have had. Communication with Raf was easy and fast, thank you so much for that. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We stayed here for 6 weeks and really enjoyed it. Rafael and Ray were very friendly and helpful. The problems we had were sorted very quickly. New television and aircon works very well. The beach is 15 minutes by foot, the walks around the area are really good. There are a couple of eateries within walking distance and a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. We will return.

Very good property, well located and decorated!

If someone is looking for a small apartment, with one bedroom, near the beach, with a nice view from the ocean and in a quiet neighbourhood, this is the one! We liked a lot, the apartment has every thing you might need for a nice vacations, in one of the most beautiful beach in Algarve. Definitely we will came back! And this will be always one of the houses that will consider in our next holidays. Thank you Rafael for your sympathy!

Winter holiday at the Algarve

The apartment is exactly like the photos at the rental site. Communication with Raf is very good and close to arrival via WhatsApp. Sufficient parking space in front of the building. It is a 10 minutes' walk to the beach. From the balcony there is a beautiful view to the mountains and party to the sea, hoever in early January the is no sun before 16:30.

Salgados February 2024

This apartment had all the amenities that we needed. The bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We did not rent a car and managed to navigate the bus system to get around or we used Bolt ride service. We enjoyed the long walks along the boardwalk and the beach. Because it was February, many restaurants were closed and there were no crowds. Even with few people, the complex was noisey at times.

We chose this location for its proximity to Vidamar Resort for a family wedding in Salgados. The apartment is located on the third floor accessible via a lift in a quiet residential block within easy walk of the beach, with a grocery store nearby and a good choice of restaurants and cafes/bars within walking distance. We had hired a car and there was plenty of parking outside the block. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped and the balcony has views to the sea and neighbouring Armacao de Pera. We enjoyed many long walks along Gale beach and would recommend it to others. Raphael kept in touch via WhatsApp and was a helpful and considerate host.

Schönes Apartment im dritten Stock, wie beschrieben, mit Aussicht auf die Landschaft und die Küste. Ein Aufzug ist im Gebäude vorhanden. Zum Strand sind es nur zehn Minuten Fußweg. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Stets erreichbar bei Fragen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
