Villa Adaro - Large luxury villa close to marina

Summary:

Villa Adaro comfortably sleeps up to nine guests in four cosy modern bedrooms. Villa Adaro is a luxurious modern spacious villa located in the newest marina area of Albufeira. The property is in a perfect location, just five minutes from the boat line, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and everything else the marina has to offer. Also, Villa Adaro is just a twenty minute walk from Old Town Albufeira and the beach.



Inside, the villa is modernly decorated throughout and includes fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining room, two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and four bathrooms. The villa also has a games room with table tennis and a pool table.



There is a security deposit payable before travel of £250. (fully refundable of course subject to no damage).



Please note, the pool can be heated for a supplement of £300 per week.



The villa sleeps eight guests. Should you have an extra guest joining your stay, we can provide a comfortable Z bed at a supplement cost of £150 per week for the ninth guest, allowing you to accommodate everyone comfortably.



Please note, the villa is pet friendly, however prior notice is required and a deposit of £150 plus an extra cleaning cost.
