House was pergect for our group of 8 over Thanksgiving week. We enjoyed spending time with our son who attends college in Albuquerque! We had a great holiday week the host had good communication and we had no issues during our stay!

Really enjoyed our short stay, we did take time to just sit around listen to music in the backyard also cooked. Plenty of room for 7 adults and 3 bathrooms was a plus. Plenty of pots/pans and dishes. The description did state towels were provided, which there were but it was one towel per person and only one wash cloth per bathroom. I would’ve liked at least a hand towel or two per bathroom to be able to dry your hands. It’s not a big issue, just a suggestion. Location was fantastic for the venue we were visiting.

Decent place. Needs attention.

Checking in was difficult since we didnt receive the code. We had to call for the code. The yard definitely needs attention. The hot tub looked questionable to get in. The neighborhood is quiet. The ac works great. The beds were comfortable. Overall, it was a decent stay for a weekend in Albuquerque.
