Small issues but am overall good stay

Although the steel fence around the property was a bit off-putting the hotel felt safe. We left some comments about some minor repairs needed upon checkout. Checkin was complicated by the damage deposit verify which were run twice due, according to staff to a new system. Better training needed.

Great service poor heat/air devices

Staff and amenities were great but the heating/AC in both the rooms we stayed in needed maintenance. 1st room AC had broken away from the wall and a noisy draft was blowing through, second room the unit was just plain noisy.

Great service; not sure about location

Fantastic service. All the employees were friendly and helpful. But the location didn’t make this woman traveling alone comfortable. It’s an older building but was very clean. DoorDash made the stay work for me.

Great option while our family was traveling through Albuquerque on a longer trip! Awesome value for the price. Also the front desk attendant (I want to say his name was Robert or Roger), was incredibly gracious and attentive!

Hotel nice, bad area

Bed was comfy. Was a bit loud next to the freeway but not bad. Hotel is near a large homeless population and the area did not feel the safest. I was worried about my full car as I am moving. Also the walls are thin. Every time our upstairs neighbors would walk it was so creaky that it sounded like they would fall through. Especially since they were walking around until midnight and got up at 5:30am. Hotel otherwise was nice. Staff was nice.

Great hotel, Sketchy neighborhood

Lets start with the good. This is a beautiful hotel, very clean, very comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent hot breakfast. The issue is the neighborhood, which is industrial and sketchy. I like to walk my dog after we check into a hotel, but here we stayed in the fenced in hotel property, not venturing out even in daylight. The good news is they have a score of security cameras in action, but to be honest I would hesitate to stay in this area again.

It’s in a typical downtown area with industrial buildings, homeless and abandoned buildings. But the hotel had a fence around it, felt safe, was very clean and taken care of.
