We were in the city for the NMAA 2025 State Track & Field Championship 1A! The staff was top notch & super thoughtful! Not only did they have a sign personally greeting our Floyd track qualifiers right at the front desk, they also made them small goodie bags! Our rooms were clean & comfortable! The kids loved the pool & jacuzzi! Breakfast was served early & with plenty of options! We have no complaints! We will be staying here next year! A++

Was passing through Albuquerque and went with the Comfort Inn for our one night stay. First visit to this property and it was fine and priced right. Nothing special or extravagant but fit our needs. Rodney at the front desk who checked us in was very personable and friendly, great job Rodney.

The man up front was very helpful and nice. The rooms were nice and clean and they are pet friendly. Close to restaurants and stores. The neighborhood isn’t that great but it’s okay.

My experience at check in was unacceptable. They did not have the room that I reserved available.The front desk clerk was not helpful and was, in fact, rude. It was so bad I declined to check in and disputed the charge.

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the hotel. Roger greeted us with great enthusiasm. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. I didn’t have high hopes based on the surroundings, but my stay was great.

Vibes was jank, yo. The bedding (and because of that, the whole room) smelled like it had been soaked in human sweat and grease. The pillows were tiny, the toilet didn’t flush right, the upstairs neighbors sounded like a cavalcade all night long, the A/C didn’t work well, the window was literally screwed shut, and it’s located in a bad part of town. 8.2 rating? The majority of those high ratings have to be kidding. Worst (and not least expensive) hotel I stayed in on my 12 day trip.
