The hotel advertises itself as having a pool and hot tub. I arrived to discover that these are permanently closed. The hotel also says it has a laundry service. This too wasn't working. I was there for a multi-day sports tournament and was planning to wash clothes and to get my athlete to recuperate in the pool/hot tub, neither of which was possible. Everything else about the hotel was fine.

Decent hotel. Property could use some updating. Staff overall was nice. Had an issue with a foul smell in bathroom that couldn’t be fixed or resolved due to lack of staff. Hotel was fully booked so no room change was offered. Near airport and shuttle service was great. Purchased food from small bar/restaurant—food was good. Great spot if you have early flight.

The front desk man was horrible and had a bad attitude when you try to ask a question and he would cut me off. My family and I wanna to enjoy the pool as soon as we get there he is liked no pool it’s permanently closed. On their website it’s doesn’t say it’s permanently closed. So really upsetting we booked this hotel so we enjoy the pool.
