Property is run down, numerous nonfunctioning outlets and lights —no bedside lights— holes in wall, door frame and bolt appeared to be busted in previously, refrigerator noisy, breakfast closes at 9 instead of usual 10am. limited menu varies from one day to next…had decent menu one day, scarce another. bathroom vent non functioning About all I can say on the positive side is sheets were clean and hot and cold water available. Otherwise seek accommodations elsewhere.

Don’t stop unless you have to

Counter clerk was a very unhappy person. Not rude, but not polite either. I asked if they ever had problems with vehicle theft or damage and he responded by telling my Albuquerque had the highest crime rate of any city in the US. I parked my truck next to my room and checked on it several times throughout the night and it was fine. Room smelled ok, AC worked, sheets were clean, plenty of towels, water was hot and plenty of pressure. Hair dryer didn’t work, water damage stains on ceiling and walls, desk chair was broken, carpet needs replacing. Breakfast was maybe the most disappointing I’ve ever seen. Breakfast started at 6:00. I went there at 6:15. Waffle iron was on……..but they didn’t have batter, no fruit, no yogurt, no oatmeal, no juice……..there was a loaf of white bread on a plate and some butter and jelly packets. Coffee with powder cream and sugar, a carafe of milk and a canister of corn flakes…………didn’t even have water for drinking…….if there are no other options anywhere……maybe………..next time I won’t even stop in or near Albuquerque.

Helpful and kind staff

My room was good price and had what we needed for a sleep. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The waffles were the little mini kind in the set of four. They were tasty.

Beds were good. Room very worn, nothing fancy and beat up room items. Towels and shower good. Breakfast is cereal, OJ, waffels, white bread. Lots of hokeless around the property, so took all our stuff inside the room. Probably not staying here again.

Spend your money elsewhere!

Everything was filthy. 2nd day- the maintenance guy was “fixing” a leak all day and we came back from our day to a clogged toilet with mess that wasn’t from us. Went to front desk and he asked me what the problem was and proceeded to hand me a plunger while his maintenance guy smoked in his non smoking room and drank Milwaukee’s best. I checked out. Save your money. Everyone is rude here and they will fight you to return your money.

I almost walked out after I opened the front door. I thought I had walked into the wrong place. There's no real lobby just a very dark space between the door and a wall of safety glass with a grill in it. I didn't even see the attendant at first and could not hear him through the grill. After I got checked in I drove around the building to my room. Past a homeless man digging through the dumpster and a car with two flat tires and a profanity painted on the side in front of another room. The furniture in the room appeared to very old and not cleaned often. The bathroom door worked but appeared to have been kicked in at some time and the door jam was badly broken. The bed was clean and the room quiet. So I stayed but would not book this hotel again.
