Upon checking in asked what time bar was going to be open to? Was told had fourty five minutes. Was also told that room service was available until 11:00 . Tried calling for something to eat at 9:30 no one ever picked up the phone. Then tried to take a shower water never did get hot. Mentioned all of this to the front desk agent really didn’t want to hear about any of it all.

Easy walk to convention center. All Staff was amazing. Just the noise from the elevator (which there's nothing you can do about) and the yappy dogs til 3am as it is a pet friendly hotel and a gambling city are the only complaints. Oh and when volleyball tournaments are in town over the weekend please keep the restaurant open late. These tournaments sometimes go to 10:30 pm and we just want to eat shower and go to sleep until we're back on court at 7am. There is money to be made.

It is close to UNM medical center. The shower drain took a very long time to drain. The carpet was dirty and had worn spots on it.

The property is outdated. Cockroach in the snack room. The elevators made a constant loud sound our entire stay. Housekeeping knocked on our door to clean at 9am and slammed doors all morning.

A great stay for me. I was waiting for Greyhound at 11 pm! The service was excellent, the food delicious! Albuquerque next it's The Double Tree! Nineth floor stellar view!

When i booked, it said breakfast included only to find out i only received 2 vouchers per room. I paid 40 dollars a night times 2 rooms for parking only to park at the underground garage at the convention center and pay an additional 10.00.
