HOTEL FROM HELL
This was a the Hotel from HELL. My sister in law and her husband had to try 4 rooms before they found one that they could stay in. Parts of entry doors missing large chunks allowing below freezing air in. Curtains were unable to close, missing hooks on top. Toilet not attached to floor, wobbly, NO HOT water in any of our rooms, NO TV service. Heater sounded like a bus coming into the room. Maintaince was called, he came and looked at problems then he disappeared, never returned. We never got hot water either. No shower after an 8 hour day of driving for any of us. Blankets were covered with cigarette holes. If we had not been so tired we’d would have gone somewhere else, we were at their mercy! For this hotel to bear the Wyndham name is an embarrassment!

The staff was kind, our room was clean and comfortable. Our car was parked close by our room. We slept good and went on our way the next day.

Booked on web site, staff had to search for a room. Room given door lock was crappy, first night no heat, had to be placed in another room. The first front receptionist seemed like he didn't know his job,. Next to room given was a bunch of trash in corner.

This place was filthy and in need of many repairs. Electric outlets were hanging from holes in the walls. Bathroom had mold everywhere and the telephone didn’t work. Holes in the carpet and bedspread. Outside commons area was full of trash. Needless to say I checked out immediately.
