The bathroom had a problem with cracked tiles. They are planning on remodeling this hotel and are currently not fixing things. Also the hot tub is not working. The staff is very good though and the breakfast in the morning is good.

There were way too many things “out of order”. Hot tub was not working, one elevator was not operating, there was a huge opening in the ceiling of the room we stayed in and the blinds were broken so we had no access to natural light. The ice machine was also “out of order”. This place needs someone to repair the ceiling and blinds at the very least. The check in staff was very pleasant…but the owner of this property is completely negligent in running a proper Hilton property.

Newer hotel with attractive lobby. Room was clean and spacious. Only complaint was a street light right outside our window and blind wouldnt pull down so room was lite ip all night. Otherwise a good stay.

when you first enter the lobby, there was a strong smell of mildew. There is only 1 elevator working. The maid said the second elevator hasn't worked in YEARS. The rooms and hallways are tired and it's time for a refresh. I usually know what I'm going to get when I book Hampton. This is not what I was expecting.

The hotel is definitely showing it's age. I expect more from Hampton Inn. Loose tiles that needed grout in both the entry way and bathroom were present. The shower creaked loudly when ever you moved around, and you could hear other guests in their rooms moving about.
