Terrible. After I book the reservation for a friend and went to the hotel they said that don’t allow locals, I believe this is a scam and discrimination. After they cancel my reservation I could not get my money back because it was not refund policy.. so I don’t know how is this possible

The entrance into the property is not very easy to get too. They have two elevators, one was Out of Service and the other sounds and vibrates like it's about to stop working. Once in the room, usually the bedspreads are nice and tight and pillow fluffed. This one looked like they made the bed and then laid down on it to take a break. The shower floor looks like it's not been scrubbed clean all year.

Elevator is slow. Sounds like it’s going to break down at any moment. Takes forever. Staff was okay. Room was dirty. Light switches were filthy. Bedding was gross. The room Smelt bad. Pool and hot tub were okay. Felt out dated. No slide. Hot tub was warm. Not hot. Wasn’t the best experience overall for the price. Wouldn’t stay again.

My experience was not good. Breakfast was not good and they closed it down early. Could not get any towels in our room and no one was answering the front desk phone or manning the front desk when we physically went down there to ask.

The initial greeting was less than hospitable. Got in a lil early around 2:30pm and I understand there is a check in time but lit could’ve been warmer. When I did check (later) different person, very hospitable! One elevator was broken the other one sounded like it was heading there. The room was good. Clean, comfortable and set with amenities.
