Please resolve: 1- Water was squirting out of the faucet in the kitchenette sink. 2 - Front desk needs to leave a sign if they leave for more than a few minutes. I waited, no bell to ring, and no sign. When the front desk lady came back, did not apologize for the wait. Everything else was fine. Thank you.

Staff could learn to communicate, we had other guests be given a key to our room, we did late checkout however fromt desk did not note it so we had housekeepers stopping by every 10-15 minutes. Other than that the room was very clean

The staff was wonderful and the room was clean and the mattresses were very comfortable. Some things you can't change-like the bathroom (with a barely working sliding door right by the kitchen and the towel hooks above the toilet. The design of the room is all wrong. The furniture was okay but one chair looked like the bottom was going to fall out with fabric and thread reaching to the floor. My husband had to clean out the drain in the bathroom so the water could drain. It's a bit strange that the air/heat doesn't get vented to the bedroom. Also, there is no fan in the bathroom. We had to use the microwave fan to help with that. The food for breakfast was fine. However, the set up again is wrong. There's only one long cabinet for food which easily gets over crowded. To get a plate I had to get on my tippy toes to reach them. The coffee nook is way too close to tables/other guests trying to eat. Finally, it would be great to have a small patch of grass or artificial grass for the "pet friendly" experience. There was a small area in the back but only rocks. Thanks for listening!

I was pleasantly surprised with Home2 Suites in Albuquerque. Check in went smoothly, the room was huge with a large refrigerator and freezer (not a mini fridge), kitchen utensils and dishes. The beds and pillows were comfy. The hotel and room were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with some hot choices. The only negative I took from our stay was the pool area flooring. It was ceramic tile and was extremely slick. I am not knocking off any stars for that though. We will definitely stay again if we are in Albuquerque.

Front desk was very kind and helpful. There is limited parking due to the parking lot next door for UNM. Our room was spacious and clean for the most part. I was disappointed to see long black hair, on the shower wall and all over the bathroom floor as well as intertwined in some of the towels. I had to literally use paper towels to try to sweep it up to get it off of the floor. The bed was very clean, soft sheet and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Checkout easy. It would have been an amazing stay if it were not for all of the hair....
