All double beds room were towards the Interstates and it was very loud, we didn't get rest. The indoor pool needs major improvement: walls and ceiling had moles, smell was moldy, and the hot tub needs to be cleaned. My children & I got hot tub rash after 2 days later. Otherwise, the rooms were kinda updated.

Hotel 505 was very old, and super cheap. I purposely chose this place because of the price. If I weren’t traveling with 3 other family members, I would be a bit scared of staying here alone. Hallways weren’t well lit, and the doors that should have been locked to the outside, weren’t. So, it was SUS for sure. The breakfast was okay, better than other places. I could tell that in its prime, this hotel was above average. However, I have some mixed feelings about it. I want to like it for the price, but if I were traveling alone— I would never make the choice to stay here & expect to sleep.. or rest. The people working there were super nice, and if they felt safe working there, then maybe I was overreacting in feeling weary? I have mixed feelings. I hope this review helps someone.

The hotel is poorly remodeled to look better than a Howard Johnson which it used to be. Almost did not let me check in because im a “local”. The pool was dirty and there was mold all over the ceiling in the pool room. In the room there were “patched up” holes in the bathtub that did not stay patched.

front desk clerk was real friendly when i arrived. there wasnt a wait to check in. My room looked just like their picture. it was clean spacious. i had a vnice view from the balcony. over all i will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others
