Don’t leave anything behind,

We stayed for pre travel being it was near the airport. The room was a bit crowded but ok for the one night. Being relatively new the hotel was already showing wear. I left a pillow and still have not had a message to housekeeping answered.

Very unclean.

The check-in staff was kind and friendly. Unfortunately that was the only positive experience with this stay. When we arrived at our initial room, the door was ajar with dirty linens piled up on the sofa. There were clumps of hair and dirt on the desk and an overall unclean room. The from desk did give us a different room but unfortunately this second one wasn't much better. Stains on the linens and carpet, the ceiling was peeling and dangling. There was actual trash left in this room when we arrived. This is not be a location my family and I will be returning to.
