We lost our bags in the airport. We informed the reception at arrival. The bags came in directly from the airport transporter to the hotel 1 day later. We got a confirmation. We went to the bellman/valet office… they told us that there was no delivery. Lucky us, we saw our bags in our hotel room. Conclusion: no communication between different departments.
We booked our stay in 2024 and paid it immediately. After we left our hotel, we checked our bank account a couple of days later. Big surprise: the hotel credited us again! We called them immediately and we went from person A to person B to person C to ….. Finally we spoke with someone who found the mistake. We will follow up this matter… it seems that we will have our money back within 5 business days.
Our stay: room 413 needs maintenance. The door handle from the shower hangs loose. The bottle of shower cream on the floor in the shower is unhygienic.
The bed was comfortable.
