One woman at the front desk was very nice. Woman who was there later was rude and would not give us bedding for the sofa bed. Finally she gave us one blanket. No sheets, no pillows and they would not give us two blankets. You have to sign for pool towels at the front desk and they charge you for taking them to your room. Even though we go to Albuquerque often we will not stay there again.

The motel is newly remodeled and the room was spacious and bed very comfy. The flat screen TV was large and updated. Having a couch in the room was a nice addition as was the refrigerator and microwave. There was a breakfast included and that is one thing that needs upgrading.

Horrible experience

I paid for the room in full. The hotel charged the incidental fee on my card. I received a phone call a few hours prior to check in time to confirm my reservation. I show up with my family only to find that the room I paid for and had pre checked into was no longer available and the hotel was completely sold out. I asked how that is possible when I already paid, had it confirmed, and pre checked in… front desk was very rude and responded that she did not know she just showed up. It was a hassle to get my card refunded for the room as the front desk agent canceled my reservation stating I was a no show when that was not the case. The hotel still has not refunded the incidental fee on my card which was only supposed to be a hold.

Unkept floor

We were very happy with our stay except for fact that we believe that the floors were not sweeped from the previous visitors. There was tons of animal hair all over the floor, and it wasn't from our pet.
