It's a motel 6, you shouldn't expect much but...
I spend a lot of time on the road for work, and often in motel 6 to save a couple bucks, so I knew what I was getting into... except the stuck me in to poorly lit back of the hotel, next to the fence with a blatant hole cut in it with a near constant stream of crackheads coming through it at all hours. Not sure if they were buying or selling, but any guest expects a reasonable amount of safety during their stay, and this was a -3 safety rating. I'll let many things slide, but not caring for the safety of your guests isn't one of them. Fix the fence and give the place a good cleaning and it wouldn't be half bad, it's a shame they let it go so far.

No bugs, clean, worked for one night
Overall, you get what you pay for, but this place isn’t too bad. There were no bedbugs and I only saw one baby roach in the toilet. The countertop was new on the sink and looked nice. The bedding looked clean and newish, but there is no comforter, the blanket is thin. The bed isn’t super supportive and we woke up with back stiffness. The floors are so thin if someone walks by outside you can feel it in your room. The walls are thin and you can clearly hear people next door and outside. There are definitely people loitering around and homeless people around. The room had a working mini fridge, which was convenient. But it was clean, the outside was well lit, check in and out was smooth and easy, it was budget priced, and worked for a one night overnight stay on a road trip.
