I read mixed reviews about this property…but I have to say my stay here was exceptional!!! For the most part the staff was accommodating…the room was nice…and the bed was to so inviting….the hot tub was great…I did not eat in the restaurant…but it was nice to have the convenience if a restaurant….Overall 10/10

1. There is an additional $20 ammentities fee not included in the Hotels.com price. Its a charge for 2 bottles of water and granola bars. 2. People smoke weed on their patios and the ac units suck the smoke into your room. Staff didnt care. Our room smelled like weed the entire time. Also those ac units pull massive dust into the room. 3. Right on main road and not quiet. 4. Staff was horrible and the general mgr has failed to respond to call, text or email. This is a horrible place to stay and I would rather go to a motel 6. This app is not allowing me to upload pics.

We stayed there 3 nights. The room faced the interstate. Loud highway noise. Hotel was almost empty, but still had wifi issues. The restaurant was closed. Bar was closed. The RESORT FEE of $20 per night offered free adult beverages, 2, but were literally undrinkable. The wine was pure vinegar. We never saw a single soul in the large lobby sitting area. I wanted to like this hotel, but alas, I would not book here again.

It was horrible! The tub was not cleaned; the bed had hairs from the previous people, and even some black scuff marks from something. Also the carpets had stains all over them. I’ve never been in a hotel so filthy, worst hotel I’ve stayed at in my life thus far. NEVER AGAIN. Previous stay had eyelashes they left there, the smoke detectors were unplugged, just HORRIBLE

Very charming hotel with very distinctive authentic Native American art. Staff are very gracious. Enjoyed the amenity of the hot tub amid a very pleasant indoor/outdoor pool recreation area that included a teepee to explore. Conveniently located off I-25 and reasonably priced.

The hotel is definitely aged, but can tell there has been upgrades, new paint, ect. Very dark in the small lobby area. I understand they allow pets and thats great but when there is a dog barking ALL NIGHT its a but ridiculous. Also doors slamming at all hours of the night and early morning. Other thing was $20 charge for COMPLIMENTARY items, like huh? Then they are not complimentary. I don't know that I will stay here again.
