Honestly, for for the price it’s a really good hotel. Breakfast is perfect. The pool was good. The Jacuzzi was nice. I mean it’s a little old so of course it could use a remodel but if you look past that and see how the beds are comfortable, it’s just really nice I actually when I go to Albuquerque that’ll be my hotel to stay

That was the worst room I've been in. The door to the balcony didnt close ans the staff didnt care, so you had to blow hot air all night to offset the cold from the broken glass door. It was dusty, toenails were on the carpet, and there were almost no plugs on walls to plug in your phone or anything else. Never again

Worst experience ever

I wasn't able to check in until 5pm because our room wasn't cleaned yet. Check in 2 hours late with the hep of the absolute rudest front desk agent and the worst manager I have ever dealt with. If I could've cancelled I would have just from having to deal with the 2 worst employees I have ever encountered in a hotel and one was the manager. The entire hotel is simply disgusting. Entire carpets covered in stains, exposed nails on the floor from carpet tack strips right in the entry way so avoid the nails every time you enter the room. Bathroom was covered in mold and makeup stains and rust on fixtures. The pictures online are nowhere near what it actually is. Stay far away from the absolute worst service in hospitality and probably the nastiest Ramada I've ever been in. Do not stay here! There's a reason it's cheap

Everytime my family and I we stay at the Ramada and the rooms have really nice and upgraded but this time around my room was not upgraded, the carpets were coming up, the patio door was open when we went in and walls were damage.

Ok stay

This hotel offer several amenities including breakfast, but if not for the amenities this would be your average 2.5 star hotel. The room was clean, furniture throughout the hotel was old and worn, the carpet was dingy, and the small room fridge only kept drinks cool.

The room was okay, our curtain was torn, the carpet had cigarette burns holes, it was also not vacuumed right because crumbs were everywhere, the sheets had small spots of stains.

The external door was broken so no need for a key entry. It also had trash overflowing from the trash bin (and was still there in the morning). The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and tub. Breakfast was the only decent thing there.
