Nestled in the foothills of the Sandia Mountains this newly remodeled home is the perfect location for your stay in Albuquerque.There is nothing in this home that is not BRAND NEW! Unbelievable views of the mountain can be seen from the wall of windows adjacent to the living room and dining room.
Located just off Tramway Blvd and Paseo Del Norte this home provides easy access to the many nearby sites. The 'World's Longest Tram' is basically in your backyard. Enjoy a spectacular ride to the top of the mountain where a day of skiing or hiking awaits you or just take a ride to enjoy a fine dining experience at High Finance Restaurant. If you are wanting a more casual dining experience, I recommend the Mexican restaurant at the base of the tram which offers a spectacular view from the patio. Enjoy a mango margarita while viewing a spectacular New Mexico sunset.

If you are feeling lucky only a few more minutes down the hill you will find Sandia Resort and Casino offers the largest gaming facility in the state. The resort features a top rated golf course, spa facilities, restaurants, live entertainment and dancing. Don't forget to check out the buffalo that you can see from the road on the way down.

This was a wonderful place to spend two weeks. To be clear, the statement "everything is brand new" is no longer accurate, but the views, quiet safe neighborhood, covered patio with fountain with running water and over sized windows looking at the mountains was hard to beat. The owner, Christine, and her "Man Friday", Robert, were very responsive, pleasant and helpful when called on. It's a place to which we will return.

Beautiful Place

Booked to house our family of 5 for an Albuq family member's special birthday celebration. Check in process was on schedule, as listed and very easy. Beautiful mountain views

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood near many amenities, parks, and walking paths. The views of the Sandia mountains are extraordinary. The home is cozy and clean, with an open living area that has lots of natural light and allows for the beautiful landscape views. Check-in and out was easy and the property manager was accommodating and provided great communication. Would love to stay here again!

Great Unit and Responsive Host

A well appointed unit with a great view of the mountains. We spent three nights and chose this location because of its close proximity to family. It did not disappoint. The Host was incredibly responsive when we identified a couple of maintenance issues that were resolved the same day. We definitely would consider staying here again.
