Nice place in ABQ to stay near airport. A little dated but clean hotel. Plenty of parking and a good breakfast. Very nice indoor pool, sauna, and whirlpool to relax.

Nice room, area could be better

Its a nice property, and its totally no fault of the hotel itself but the surrounding area and that part of Albuquerque just isnt that great. Homelessness and a sense of abandonment in the area makes you feel less comfortable. Absolutely nothing happened during our stay but I'd be lying if I said I didn't notice that dynamic when we checked in.

Very clean property and room. The breakfast was nice as well. Easy parking and was able to walk to the River Walk and Alamo. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, cute hotel close to White Sands

Great little roadside hotel with very wonderful staff. A made to order breakfast is included with your stay. There was a fire pit outside at night; and we brought a bottle of wine and sat outside by the fire. It was only 15 minutes to White Sands National Park from the hotel. The hotel let us borrow sleds to slide down the dunes. The hotel is older, so if you are light sensitive, bring a clip for the blinds. There was a fridge and a microwave in my unit. The restaurant called Lescombes was open on Monday and it was between the hotel and the national park, very convenient.

I let the receptionist know that we needed towels and kindly asked if she could have housekeeping bring some to our room. We returned about four hours later, but no towels had been delivered. The next morning, as we were getting ready to leave, I called the front desk from my personal phone since the room phone wasn’t working. I asked again for towels, and the receptionist said they would be brought up shortly. After waiting 30 minutes with no response, I asked my boyfriend to go down and follow up. The receptionist told him she couldn’t locate the housekeepers and essentially suggested he go find them himself. We finally received our towels about 20 minutes later. On top of that, the TV in our room wasn’t working, and the breakfast was extremely disappointing. The only option available was pancakes, which tasted like plain flour and cardboard. There were no eggs, bacon, or any other standard breakfast items I would expect at a hotel. If you’re not going to offer variety, at least make sure the one item you do serve is decent.
