Great service slow sauna LOL

We had an issue with the TV. An engineer was with us in minutes and we was moved to another room due ti the fault excellent customer service. Only other little issue was how long the sauna takes to warm up !

An older hotel that shows its age but also its beauty!!! Clean. Confortable and borderline luxurious. Definitely will stay again!!!

I had some problems with this place. I Found a HUGE cockroach in the bathroom and then I seen a bedbug. I didn’t notice both till I woke up at 6am and found it on the floor and on the bed. I told the staff till I left because it was 6am and I didn’t want to change room at this early in the morning since I was already going to check out. Also the front desk lady was looking at me like I did something wrong. She needs a whole new attitude adjustment on her part. This place needs a whole new renovation and exterminator. Also the walls are thin so you can hear the persons next door. This will be the first and last time I will stay here.

Would Definitely Stay Again

Our check-in went extremely smoothly and the night receptionist was not only very helpful, but considerate as well. She is an excellent representative for this property. Since the rooms did not have a microwave, we were allowed to use the one in the breakfast room, and she even went to go get me a paper plate to warm up my pizza. I also saw her help another guest by providing him with additional napkins for his dinner. The rooms were really nice and large, and I especially liked the fact that they opened with a sliding glass door onto the pool/pet relief area, which was well stocked with poo bags. It made it very easy for me to get the dog outside and to clean up afterward. The bed was large and the bedding was nice. The bathroom was a little bit small but adequate and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion.

Good for the money

It was not the newest or nicest hotel, but it was a great deal for the price. The bed was comfy, and the staff was friendly and professional. Seems to be popular with families. Sadly, I didn't have time to try out the amenities, such as the pool.

Stayed here to go to a concert and check in was quick. I enjoy staying at this property when visiting Albuquerque. The only thing I wish they could have is a hot breakfast. But coffee is always good and you get the breakfast bars and fruit. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Don't listen to the number of stars

Tried to book us in a room that looked like it was a leftover room. Room number written on the wall in marker. No blinds on the window. Did not match the pictures what so ever. We were switched rooms. But we should have left because the next day it seemed like the whole hotel didn't have towels available. It was also a smoke fee hotel. But you can smell smoke in the lobby and elevator

This is my 2nd stay at this Hotel. It was busier since it was on a weekend. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Only problem this time was more noise . Would stay here again.
