Unpleasant surprise to see long black hair in bathtub before taking shower, room right next to noisy elevator even with tv on, smell of pot so strong that could not be ignored inside the room, breakfast with old pancakes and bagels. Asked to see manager several times: was either out or in a meeting. Never got a call from him despite request

No fan in bathroom so steam from shower set off fire alarm. Lock on bathroom door so old it then wouldn’t open as alarm was blaring. 2 phone calls twenty minutes before alarm was off and then security came. Another hour to het the bathroom door open
