The staff were great as was the food. The room was very small and one of you had to sit down while the other person was moving about.

We stayed for two nights.We had dinner and drinks first night,all good.Room was compact but clean and bathroom was modern and fairly new.Our room was to the side and had a draughty window and traffic noise was loud early morning ,could even hear vehicles clanking over a loose manhole cover.Breakfast was cooked to order and was lovely.We chose the Throckmorton for location and price which wad good value .
