Our penthouse is the most exclusive apartment of Casa Timoteo and is located on the fourth floor of the 1915 modernist building. One of the highlights of this apartment is its spectacular private terraces which are accessed from the living room and bedroom . The perfect place to enjoy a pleasant stay with incredible views of the mountains and domes of Santa Maria church.
Apartment of 100 m2 equipped with two large bedrooms. One of them with 160 cm bed and bathroom with shower en suite, and the other one in the rooftop with 140 Cms bed and shower. The Penthaouse has an open space with living room-kitchen and a toilet.
Amenities of the exclusive Molton Brown brand give it a touch of distinction.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.
Our apartments do not have a reception, but there is always a person in charge of the establishment, with whom you can easily contact any need.
