This beautiful beach house with a great porch and garden, offers accommodation for 6 people and it's located 450 metres from the beach of Sant Joan in Manresa (Alcúdia).
This wonderful house near the sea offers a wonderful porch where you will enjoy a delicious BBQ after a fabulous day at the beach which only is 450 metres away or nice moments at the garden. The lawn and the 5 sunloungers available are perfect to bask in the sun with a good reading. The family little ones will also be delighted with this space. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.

Inside, a spacious kitchen-living-dining room - with high ceilings, large windows with access to the garden, beautiful decoration and air conditioning - is ideal for preparing delicious recipes on the gas hob, while you can prepare the table or even watch TV (with satellite channels and Smart-TV). Then, the living area beckons you for a well-deserved rest. In the kitchen area there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms, with wardrobe and ceiling fan and AC. Two of them have twin beds and one has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with shower and toilet. A cot and high chair are available.

Nice house in quiet area

House is nice. Perfect to stay with our kids (2 and 4 y old). Well equipped for kids (baby chair, baby bed, baby dishes, toys and a small plastic house for kids in the garden). Very quiet area in the middle of the pin trees and few steps away from two very nice beaches-walking distance. Beds are good. Kitchen well equipped. Bathrooms correct. 5 minutes away from Alcuda city center by car and 10-15 minutes by bike. We could swim in th sea every day in early May. Very nice stay. Easy arrival and departure. The landlord was helpful and very pleasant. We highly recommend.
