AUBELLONS. Space and calm near Alcudia

Villa Aubellons is located in a rural area located between the towns of Pollensa and Alcudia, and offers beautiful views of the areas of SalBufera, the Bay of Pollensa, Formentor and the mountains of Pollensa. The house has a perfect lawn area for children to play. Next to this area there is a covered terrace, where you can enjoy placid meals during summer nights. The roof terrace also has an outdoor roof terrace. It is fully furnished, and offers great views. Inside, the kitchen (which gives access to another covered terrace) is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven and microwave. Then we find the dining room, equipped with a table with a capacity for 8 people, two sofas, TV with satellite channels, CD and DVD. The 4 bedrooms of the house and the two bathrooms are located on either side of the dining room. On one side we find a bright double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. On the other side there are two double bedrooms and a second bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning. At the back of the house we find a bathroom with its own entrance, the laundry area and another small lawn area. The towns of Pollensa and Alcudia and the beaches are just a short drive away, making it an ideal house for families.
