Aiguamarina Beach apartment in Puerto de Alcudia, close to the beach

Our newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of the building being easily accessible for the elderly, children or with reduced mobility.

It has two double bedrooms and a bathroom. It has two small terraces, in one of them you can enjoy a pleasant breakfast outdoors in the company of family and friends while taking the first rays of sun.

The apartment is very close to the beach, just 200 meters away you will find the wonderful beach of Alcúdia considered one of the best beaches in Spain thanks to its crystal clear waters and white sand. In it you can enjoy a wide range of activities that will not leave you indifferent.

The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood, although at the same time it is very close to the main tourist attractions. The neighborhood is characterized by easy parking and there is also a bus stop nearby.

To comply with the regulations of the Balearic Government it will be necessary before arrival at the apartment:

one. Payment of the Balearic tourist tax (ECOTASA) by bank transfer.

2. The sending of the identification documentation (passport or other valid document) by email for submission to the relevant body.

Gemütliches Apartment

Das Apartment liegt an der Hauptstraße, die im Dezember 2019 mangels Touristen verwaist war - im Sommer ist hier sicherlich sehr viel los. Für uns war die Lage aber genau perfekt: Bushaltestelle in der Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar und schöne Sicht auf die Berge der Umgebung. Das Apartment war extrem sauber, die Küche ausreichend eingerichtet, uns haben lediglich einige Kleinigkeiten gefehlt (Waage, Schneebesen). Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief über WhatsApp und war sehr freundlich und informativ, Antonia hat alle Fragen sehr schnell und hilfreich beantwortet. Alles in allem ist das Apartment ein absoluter Besuchstipp, da das Gesamtpaket (Preis, Ausstattung, Kommunikation, Zustand der Möbel) absolut positiv ist.
