Beautiful chalet 300 metres from the beach of Puerto de Alcúdia, spectacular white sand beach.

I highlight its location, close to all services, restaurants, bus, taxi, supermarkets, etc.

Capacity for 5 people. On the first floor it has 3 bedrooms, 2 double and one single, all with air conditioning.

Access from one of the bedrooms to the solarium with panoramic views of the larger lake. 1 complete bathroom.

On the ground floor is the fully equipped and furnished kitchen open to the dining room with air conditioning and

1 small bathroom with shower. Comfortable furnished porch with Balinese bed.

One outdoor parking space.

Maison agréable avec tout ce quil faut a l'intérieur

Bien que la maison est très appréciable, l'extérieur laisse pas mal de vis à vis. L'environnement n'est pas le plus joli du port d'Alcudia néanmoins la plage est belle et on peut y aller à pieds.
