The apartment has been tastefully furnished and decorated in a Mediterranean style, modern, fresh, summery and bright. It consists of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, large fully equipped kitchen area, covered outdoor dining room with table for eight diners to eat at any time of the day in the shade and a large terrace of 70 m² with a seating area and comfortable sofas, barbecue and sunbeds.

Excellent property in Port de Alcudia with access to everything

We loved everything about our stay here in Port de Alcudia! The apartment is so nice...very clean and extremely convenient to the beach(a 5 minute walk away), great restaurants, shops, supermarket and is only a 10 min cab ride into town. The accommodations were perfect, and Lucia the property manager was always available to answer any questions, and even met us at the apartment upon arrival to make sure we were familiar with everything at the apartment. She even had some goodies and other foods in the refrigerator upon our arrival. We were in town for a family Baptism, (myself, my husband,my daughter and son-in-law and my 7 yr old and 10 yr old grandchildren shared this apt.), but if we ever return there, I would definitely choose this property again. Thanks again Lucia and VRBO..

We had a great experience with our rental in Alcudia. Lucia was excellent, met us on arrival, had food in the fridge and was always responsive when we had questions or needed advice/help The apartment was very clean, comfortable and in a perfect location All in all a 5 star experience

Lucia, die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft schien frisch renoviert und war gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche und das kleine WC sind vom Hinterhof erreichbar... war erstmal sehr ungewohnt, aber eigentlich kein Problem. Werden bestimmt wieder kommen

Es war ein sehr freundlicher Empfang und hätten bei Bedarf immer Unterstützung gehabt.

Eine wundervoll dekorierte Wohnung mit allem was man sich wünscht (Spülmaschine, Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, WLAN, Grillstation, usw....)

Super appartement et super très bonne location

L’appartement est très agréable et le fait que la cuisine soit dans l’autre bâtiment est plutôt agréable. Il est super bien positionné avec la plage juste à côté ainsi que de nombreux magasins et restaurants à côté et accessible sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. Lucia est vraiment parfaite: d’une gentillesse incroyable et on peut vraiment compter sur elle a tout moment. Seul petit bémol: les vitres donnant sur la cour ne sont pas à double vitrage.
