The Goya accommodation is located in Pollença Bay, just a few meters away from the beach! You can swim, sunbathe, or do kitesurfing.



It has a large outdoor area with a barbecue, shower, and an 8mx4m chlorine pool. Additionally, you can relax in one of its comfortable hammocks while enjoying a refreshing drink in the pool area. The house with Mallorcan furnishings is very cozy and is distributed over two floors. The living-dining room has a sofa, WIFI, satellite TV and an integrated kitchen with appliances and utensils necessary for your stay.

Lovely villa with private pool and terrace.

Had a lovely holiday relaxing in the sun. Children enjoyed the pool and was good to cool off in. Villa had everything we needed. Only negative was the shower and bathroom which would benefit from updating.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Aussenbereich und einem wunderbaren Eigentümer, der täglich in seinem Garten hinter dem Haus die Hühner gefüttert und Gemüse geerntet hat. Regelmäßig standen Eier und Gemüse auf der Veranda . Ruhige Umgebung, Blick in die Berge, einfach wunderschön. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern im Inserat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, am Naturschutzgebiet. Bernat hat uns mit frischen Eiern und Salat und Croissants verwöhnt. Großes Dankeschön nochmal an ihn. Wir sind früher angereist und später abgereist, auch das war kein Problem. Es gab leider einen Wermutstropfen und das ist die Bettensituation. Die zwei Einzelbetten glichen einer Hängematte. Das Doppelbett war hart wie ein Brett. Das war kein guter Schlafkomfort. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen, sollte sich die Situation der Betten verbessern. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es ist ein sehr liebevoll hergerichtete Heim. Wir fühlten uns gleich sehr wohl und hatten alles was wir brauchten. Der Pool ist das Highlight und gab uns auch an regnerischen Ta gen das Gefühl von Erholung und Urlaub.

10 Tage Urlaub mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern

Wir haben 10 tolle Tage in der Finca verbracht. Von der Buchung an, über die Schlüsselübergabe bis zum Check out verlief alles sehr gut. Vor der Anreise erhielten wir alle genauen Instruktionen via Mail, so dass wir auch bei einer späten Anreise unkompliziert zur Finca gelangten. Die Finca verspricht, was die Bilder zeigen. Ein super toller Aussenbereich mit Pool, Sonnenliegen, bequemen Terrassensesseln und einer Hängematte. Der Innenbereich des Hauses ist am Ende ein großer Raum über 2 Etagen (alles offen gestaltet). WLAN als auch TV sind vorhanden; genau wie Bettwäsche und genügend Handtücher. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, auch wenn man mit der Hand spülen muss. Besonders zu erwähnen ist in jedem Fall die super Kommunikation mit der Agentur und dem Eigentümer. Der Eigentümer überraschte uns am 2. Tag mit Frühstückscroissants für uns 4 und mit frischen Eiern seiner Hühner. Und wenn mal die Gasflasche zu wechseln war, erfolgte das innerhalb von 2 Stunden nach einem Anruf bei der Agentur. Die Feigen vom Baum aus dem Garten versüßten uns jeden Morgen das Frühstück. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt und auch sehr gern wieder.

Tolles Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Wir hatten das Haus für 5 Tage für 2 Personen gemietet. Das Objekt ist schön und hat einen tollen Aussenbereich. Die Lage in der Nähe von Alcudia ist perfekt; es ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem nahe zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gelegen. Da es keine Spülmaschine gibt ist Handwäsche angesagt. Wir hatten leider das Pech, dass das Geschirr von den Vormietern wahrscheinlich nicht richtig gespült wurde und es demnach etwas schmutzig war (Kaffemaschine konnte man z.b. nicht nutzen). Ansonsten war alles vorhanden von Handtüchern, über Bettwäsche und alles was man zum Kochen benötigt, es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine. Preis -Leistungsverhältnis ist top, vorallem die Terasse ist sehr schön gewesen.

Rustige omgeving, ideale rustvakantue

Het zwembad en de tuin zijn 5 sterren waard! Spijtig van de douche, deze is echt wel aan vernieuwing toe. Ook de bedden zijn keihard. Met een klein beetje te investeren in de bedden en de douche is dit een topverblijf.

Schmuckes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben trotz des leider etwas wechselhaften Wetters Mitte April eine wunderschöne Woche hier verbracht. Das Haus liegt in zweiter Reihe und ist daher besonders ruhig. Bernardo war immer zu erreichen falls doch mal etwas fehlen sollte (Gasflasche austauschen etc.) und hat uns mit mallorquinischen Frühstücksleckereien überrascht.

Good for a couple but with some negative elements

Nice and spacy Finca with everything you need. Neighbourhood unfortunately is a little bit noisy and the people around burning their garden garbage sometime created some smell. The shower could also be a little bit bigger. However the terrace, garden and pool area is really great!
