Welcome to this beautiful and cosy apartment for 2-3 people, located only 50 metres away from one of the most wonderful beaches in the island, Puerto de Alcudia.
A wonderful terrace, with beautiful views over the pine forest of the beach, is perfect for your summer meals in the open air, feeling the sea breeze, or to enjoy the sun on its two sun loungers, although for this you will surely prefer to take a few steps and lie on the sand. A second terrace, on the opposite side of the house, is the perfect place to marvel at the panoramic view of the mountains.

It is on the 2nd floor without lift where, as you enter, a hallway leads you to a modern and cheerful living-dining room equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and a glass dining table with comfortable chairs. It is the perfect place for a well-deserved rest on the sofa after a long day at sea or for a tasty dinner under cover. The kitchen, traditional yet with a beach feel, offers a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and all the utensils and appliances needed to cook to your heart's content. Then we have a bathroom with bathtub, which serves the whole house, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe, direct access to the terrace and space to prepare a cot and a highchair; and the second with a sofa bed for our third guest. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are on the terrace.

Puerto de Alcudia is ideal for beach and mountain lovers, as not only the beach is very close, but also the mountains. In fact, a visit to the lighthouse of Formentor or an excursion to Sa Talaia de Alcúdia is not to be missed. Moreover, in this area all services such as bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets, shops and public transport stops, among many others, are within walking distance. And if you feel like playing golf one day, the nearest golf course is in Alcanada, about 8.7 km away.
