Apartment Description

Situated in the popular Port of Alcudia, this apartment is conveniently located near the renowned Bellevue resort. The stunning sandy beaches of Mallorca are just an 11-minute walk away. The communal pool, open year-round, measures 12x5 metres.

Description

The kitchen has been fully renovated and is equipped with modern appliances, including a cooker, sink, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Large patio doors open onto the terrace, which features a table with six metal chairs, four additional chairs, four deck chairs, and a BBQ for alfresco dining. The terrace is shaded by an arbour and provides direct access to the pool.

The living room includes two sofas and a 55” LED flat-screen Google TV, offering numerous free channels with films and series in various languages.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, each with two beds. Two of the bedrooms have balconies that overlook the pool terrace.

The apartment has four air-conditioning units: one in the living room downstairs and one in each bedroom upstairs. The units in the living room and the main bedroom are included in the basic rental price. The other two units can be rented for an additional €5 per day each, payable in cash upon arrival.

There are two family bathrooms: one upstairs with a shower/bath, toilet, bidet, and sink, and a smaller one downstairs with a shower, toilet, and sink.

Child-Friendly Features

A cot, baby chair, bed barrier, and playpen are provided at no extra cost. Safety measures are in place on the stairs to prevent children from accessing the pool area, which can be locked with a key if necessary.

Wonderful place to stay, clran tidy and has everything in it that you need. Close to beach, loval sgops, hydropark and many other things there is to do in the area. Grandkids loved the pool and that gave mum and dad and us grandparents a little tjme to relax. Would definitely stay here again, we havent even left yet and we are looking at dates for next year

Great holiday stay

We recently had a great stay here. It is perfect for kids with all the cots, play pens, high chairs etc. the pool is great and hardly anyone uses it so it’s like a private pool. The outdoor area is great. 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 min walk to supermarket, 30 min walk into port Alcudia. Highly recommend this place. I would only say that I would suggest the sink in the bathroom upstairs is replaced soon, the bath and shower both need resealing, and it would benefit in a bit better lighting outside.

Great place to stay in Alcudia

My family of 6 really enjoyed this property. The pool is right out the back door, which my kids used daily. It's usually pretty empty. The home fit us all quite well. The home is located just off the main tourist trip of Alcudia - close enough to walk to the main drag, or to the beach. Internet worked well... I'd definitely stay here again. Keep in mind that the owner requires payment outside of VRBO to reduce fees. No big deal, but mentioning it here so you're aware.

Lovely family holiday

We really enjoyed our stay - a great apartment really practical for a family of teens & a toddler. (travel cot, highchair etc ) In a quiet area but walkable to shops resturants and lovely long Beach! 🌴. We loved the pool ! Most of time was just us using it . Theres bike hire nearby and also a Ranch nearby with horses, pony trekking & a petting zoo. Jordi was a super helpful host . We had a fun relaxing and memorable holiday !

Absolutely perfect

Couldn’t fault this place (or owner), absolutely everything was perfect for us - child & toddler safe with stair gates, travel cot & highchair provided. Theres a little locked gate to the pool too meaning the kids could safely be on the patio if we needed to pop inside. Plenty of towels provided, apartment was spotlessly clean, water, fruit & cava provided on arrival. The owner is really helpful and friendly, it was clear he just wanted us to have a great holiday! Even the neighbours were really friendly (one helped us when my son got stung by a bee!). Area is great especially for kids - local restaurants with a playground (Tivoli) and also a beautiful beach with great restaurants walking distance! We loved our time here and hoping to be back again next year

Relaxing stay in quiet homely accommodation

My husband, 3 children & I have recently returned from a trip to Alcudia. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday & found our stay in Jordis house relaxing & its location is an ideal for sightseeing & travelling. The house is adequately equipped & is quite spacious. We have 3 children ranging in age from 11 to 15 & we all felt safe & comfortable. The pool was quiet most of the time so almost felt as if it were our private pool. It's about a 15min walk to beach, 6 min walk to nearest supermarket or 25 min walk to Lidl supermarket. All restaurants and bars are between 7 & 10 min walk. Jordi was helpful & easy to deal with. We were very happy with our stay. The only recommendation I would make is that perhaps more towels could be provided.

Comfortable family friendly property

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in Jordi's house. I stayed there with my daughter and young grandchildren. The house was very well equipped for children with cot, high chair and stair gate. It was helpful that there was a lockable gate to the swimming pool. Jordi very helpfully provided two buggies for the children to use. Everything worked well within the house & we were in easy walking distance of the beach. I can thoroughly recommend Jordi's house.

This was our 2nd time in this property and we can't fault it. It is spacious and clean, the outdoor pool is great for a cool down. Air conditioning in every bedroom and living area. Free access to wi-Fi is another plus. Property is well placed in a quiet residential area but is only a short walk to the beach, Hidropark, main strip and supermarkets. Fabulous.

Fantastic location and pool area

Couldn't have asked for a better location. As a family of 7 with no hire car it was perfect. Supermarket 5mins walk, beach 10mins walk, waterpark 10 mins walk and we even walked to the port which was a 30min stroll. The apartment was spacious and the extra shower was very useful. Pool area was lovely and most of the time we had it to ourselves. The lockable gate between our patio area and the pool was very useful with our two year old and a much needed safety feature. The kitchen however was missing a few useful utensils such as baking trays / Pyrex trays for the oven. (It only had saucepans) pizza cutter and perhaps a vacuum or sweeping brush for inside as the only brush available had been used outside. Only one out of three bedrooms had air con and unfortunately it leaked from the balcony into a bucket we place on the patio. I must state that these are minor things and they did not affect our holiday at all. We had a lovely time with the family and if we wish to stay in Alcudia again we would have no hesitation booking this apartment again. Thankyou for a fantastic holiday Jordi 😄

Great location and fantastic pool

We had a wonderful week in Majorca staying in this house. We were two adults and four children and the house felt like it had plenty of space. The complex was very quiet and so the kids felt like they had the pool to themselves which was brilliant. The house was lovely and cool with air conditioning and the kitchen was compact but with everything you could need. The washing machine and dishwasher were a god send! The barbecue outside was a great size and we used it a lot and we ate all our meals on the patio by the pool. The town was only 5 minutes walk away and the incredible beach was ten minutes walk. The location was so great we didn't need to rent a car. Overall a brilliant stay and the owner was so attentive and easy to contact that everything was very simple and straightforward.

Beautiful house lovely pool

We have just had a lovely holiday in this beautiful house. Spacious, bright, clean and a lovely pool. Upon arrival Jordi met us and asked if we had any questions and explained all we needed to know for an enjoyable stay. The pool was very quiet and even though we went in August we had it to ourselves for pretty much all the time. The terrace area is lovely and spacious and relaxing sun beds were brilliant. The neighbours are all friendly and welcoming and we greeted them every morning with our limited " hola" but was made to feel very welcome in a residential complex. There were 7 of us and we had enough room within the property although the two weeks we were there alcudia was in a heat wave and temperatures didn't drop below 40 degrees every day so although the air con in double bedroom and lounge would have normally been enough, these 2 weeks it would have been a big asset to have air con in the other two bedrooms. But as I said the heat was very very unusual so normal August temperatures i believe the 2 air con areas would have been sufficient. There is a local supermarket 5 minutes walk and " The Strip" area is a 5 minute walk to shops, bars, restaurants. My son loves fishing and the lagoon is right outside the property to the left and he spent many days there under the bridge in the shade fishing. Overall I would recommend this property and Jordi is a very welcoming helpful owner. Thank you Jordi.

Lovely holiday

We just had a lovely week in this villa. Was very clean and had everything you needed. Can not thank the owner Jordi enough for all of his help up to and during our stay. Boys loved the pool and the lake outside the front door! Would recommend as all shops, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance

Quiet location but very near the shops, restaurants and the beach. Nice 'mid-terraced' house

We stayed here for 10 nights. The location is quiet but it is close to the shops/restaurants (approx 10 minutes walk) and the beach (approx 15 minutes walk). The accommodation is a 'mid-terraced' house which is very comfortable. The main bedroom has air conditioning with 2 single beds joined together. The other two bedrooms both have 2 single beds each but no air conditioning although fans are provided. The furniture downstairs could be more modern but it is fine considering the amount of time spent in the house. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room. The house has 2 showers which is very useful. It also has a washing machine / dish washer. It has it's own private 'terrace' which is great for sunbathing - it also has a sheltered area for when it gets too warm. It has a shared swimming pool which was not often used by the other residents. I would definitely use this accommodation again and Alcudia was a great place to stay - plenty of good restaurants. The owner was very friendly and provides lots of useful information.
